HOW TO ACCESS
ROAD ASSET MANAGEMENT STRATEGY
This is a single provider framework agreement as such call off is via direct award following these steps:
How to access - step 1
Engage
Engage with Blackpool Council – understand the aims of RAMS; LCRIG & the framework.
How to access - step 2
agreement
Sign an access agreement with Blackpool Council. You will then be given access to all the documents that you need to call off from the framework.
How to access - step 3
submit
Once you are ready to request a price you can contact the supplier (Gaist) and invite them to submit a formal offer meeting your requirements using the template.

understand
Gaist will engage with you to ensure that they fully understand your requirements.
How to access - step 5
offer
Gaist will formally submit an offer in response to your request – completing the Statement of Works including the payment profile.
How to access - step 6
contract
Once both parties are happy that the Statement of Works is complete you may enter into a formal contract and Call-Off Terms & Conditions should be completed & signed by both Parties
